Love & Transformation, a colourful performance featuring magical light effects, combines experimental shadow theatre techniques with beautiful music, a tender flying hand puppet, and intricate rod puppets in a fairytale diorama.
The performance shows a heroine’s journey from hardship to a better life, through a leap into the unknown, followed by the challenges of navigating friendship, community, and self-care. Show is approximately 45 minutes long and is followed by a short ‘meet the puppets’ session, where audience members can see how the effects were created.
